At Uke’s Harley-Davidson, we’re proud to support charitable organizations that make a positive impact in our community through in-kind donations.

We receive a large number of requests each year, and while we’d love to support them all, it’s simply not possible. Please review the eligibility guidelines below to see if your organization qualifies for consideration.

Eligibility Guidelines in Requesting a Donation

Uke’s Harley-Davidson is committed to supporting local 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations through in-kind donations that help make a positive impact in our community. To be considered, your organization must meet all of the following criteria:

• ✅ We are a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit.

• ✅ We are located within a 30-mile radius of Uke’s Harley-Davidson.

• ✅ Our event is at least six (6) weeks away.

• ✅ If selected, we agree to recognize Uke’s Harley-Davidson as a donor.

Please note: To help us reach a wide range of community groups, we typically limit donations to one per organization per calendar year.

Donation Requests We’re Unable to Support

While we’d love to help everyone, please note that Uke’s Harley-Davidson does not provide donations for the following:

• For-profit businesses, employee incentive programs, family reunions, or holiday parties.

• Requests for monetary donations or coverage of general operating expenses.

We appreciate your understanding as we aim to support causes that best align with our mission and community focus.

Donation Application Process

All donation requests must be submitted through our online application form at least six (6) weeks prior to your event. Please note: We no longer accept requests via fax, email, phone, or mail.

Here’s what to expect:

• If your organization meets our eligibility guidelines, you’ll receive an email confirmation once your request is received.

• Approved donations will be scheduled for pickup or shipped approximately two (2) weeks before your event.

• Uke’s Harley-Davidson reserves the right to determine the type of donation provided. All decisions made by our donations committee are final.

• If your request is not approved, you will be notified via email.
